Roméo joined Arsha Consulting after having worked for Safran Group for 5 years to develop partnerships and strengthen the industrial footprint of the French Group in India.
Before working at Safran, Roméo was Commodity Lead Buyer for Navigation Systems & Equipments – Airbus Helicopter from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, between 2005 and 2007, he was Product Buyer for Radars, Thales Aerospace.
Roméo is French, born in Germany and an Overseas Citizen of India. He holds a Bachelor’s in Applied Physics and a Master’s in Business Management from Bordeaux Business School in France.
Roméo enjoys rugby, traveling and discovering new cultures.
Founder and Chairman of the Board
In 2009, Théodore Harth relocated to India where he set up an operational framework that has allowed the Group to take an important step – extending its activities to digital marketing and supporting companies in their international expansion.
Théodore Harth is married and has a daughter.
With the strength of twenty years of professional experience in India, in sectors as diverse as Telecom, Real Estate, Education and new Technologies, Anne Francis is an outstanding manager with a mastery of all the nuances of the workings of the Indian regulatory, administration and finance systems. Since 2007, she is in charge of all matters related to Company Incorporation, Accounting and Human Resources at TBC World Group, putting to practice her training in Executive General Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM-B).
International Project Manager
Andrew has more than 4 years of experience in international trade, which allowed him to develop his skills in business development, team and account management, market studies and product management.
At Arsha Consulting, he is in charge of promoting various products while exploring new markets and working on new partnerships.
National Sales Manager
After his post-Graduation in Marketing, Hozefa dove straight into the hospitality sector and gained a rich experience by being a part of an ever-evolving industry. Through this 10 years of experience he has spearheaded a dynamic sales and marketing team to successfully generate revenue, develop new business and constantly explore new avenues for enhancing the brand value of the companies he worked with. Oakwood Asia Pacific, Coffee day Hotels & Resorts, Royal Furniture and 24/7Customer are a few of them.
Today, at Arsha Consulting he will be responsible for the Business Development in the Eastern Region of India. Hozefa is known for his commitment to develop enduring relationships with important stakeholders, customers, corporate clients and investors.
When he takes a break, you’ll find him travelling or playing snooker, a game he is passionate about.
International Project Manager
With a keen passion for languages, Alisha completed a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, while simultaneously completing the Diploma certificate course in French at the Alliance Française, Pune.
French and Business have always gone hand in hand for Alisha, as further studies took her to France where she did her Masters in International Business at the Grenoble École de Management. This helped sharpen her business acumen and management skills, while providing her with an in-depth understanding of the global business landscape, which she later put into practice while working at Capgemini, a French multinational company.
At Arsha Consulting, she uses her strong command over the French language, familiarity with the Indian and international markets, and a natural bent for networking and project management to skilfully handle and co-ordinate the business demands of clients from across the globe.
In her free time, Alisha loves to travel and discover new places and cuisines.
